Summer Smoothie Bowl 

Ingredients

  • Mixed Berries (Frozen) 1C
  • Acai 2Tsp
  • Coconut Water 1/2 C
  • Chia Seeds 1tsp
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder (optional, i LOVE Happy Way Vanilla)
  • Frozen Banana

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until thick
  2. Add extra coconut water if too thick
  3. Pop into freezer for a few minutes
  4. Serve with desired toppings (banana, extra berries, nuts, chia seeds, coconut flakes) The options are endless
